Returns Policy

At IIMANI STUDIOS, every piece is selected with intention — and we hope it’s loved just the same. However, if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges beyond this window.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging, with tags and dust bags (if applicable)

  • Returned in resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or handling inconsistent with return guidelines.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal care considerations, we do not accept returns on jewelry, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

The following items are also non-refundable:

  • Items purchased on sale or through promotional offers

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items


Jewellery Returns (Important)

All jewelry sales are final, unless the item is proven to be defective on arrival. If this is the case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please email us with your order number and a brief explanation.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email support@cavealo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if item is faulty

(Note: This email will be updated to a @iimanistudios.com address once available.)


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received your item as a gift and it was marked as such at purchase, you may return it for store credit (gift certificate). Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original purchaser if the item wasn’t marked as a gift at checkout.
